2. WU / western union. Is much easier and better with plushie orders WITHOUT any extra charge. when dealing different ways. Each country has some own shops where you can use the WU machines and stuff workers will help you out!

ABOUT THE PRICING
It depends on how much details the character has = making the time longer form making it and how large it will be, materials and shipment, it all will come together. I am using much of my time and effort with these so I do my best and idea is to make dreams to come true!
